We want customers to have a clear way to address an item that does not meet the conditions covered by our return policy. If you need to make a return, please contact elysiumhealthdeals before sending the item back.
Return Period
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days of receiving the order.
A return request made after this period may not qualify under our standard return policy.
Return Requirements
For a return to be considered eligible, the item should meet the following conditions:
- It has not been used;
- The original packaging has been retained; and
- The return concerns a qualifying quality issue.
The condition of the item will be reviewed when the return is received.
Because product-specific circumstances can vary, customers should contact us before shipping an item back.
Return Cost
Eligible returns are free of charge.
elysiumhealthdeals does not charge a restocking fee for an eligible return.
Return Address
After contacting customer service and receiving return instructions, an approved return should be sent to:
elysiumhealthdeals
72 Chysis Rd
Milpitas, CA 95035
United States
Please do not send an item to the return address before contacting us.
Refund Timing
After an eligible returned item has been received, we will process the applicable refund within 1–2 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Once the refund has been processed by us, it generally takes 7–10 business days for the funds to appear through the original payment method. The actual posting time may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
The two time periods refer to different steps: 1–2 business days is our refund processing period, while 7–10 business days is the expected time for the processed refund to reach the original payment method.
